Infrastructure · the layer underneath

Stop being the glue that holds the business together.

You stop carrying the business in your head. The context sits underneath the work instead, so the morning starts with a decision and not an hour of triage. Take a week off and nothing stalls behind you.

The layer does the remembering. You do the deciding.

You pay once it's live. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

AI OPERATING SYSTEM

How you know it works

The proof is the run log.

No quotes from strangers, no follower counts. Here is what the layer actually does between one morning and the next, and every step of it leaves a receipt you can open.

  • 01

It reads every channel into one queue

Email, forms, messages and calls arrive in one place, already matched to the customer they belong to. Nothing waits in a tab you forgot to open.

  • 02

It writes back to the source

A booking made in a chat lands in your calendar and your CRM. There is no second system holding a truer version of the same fact.

  • 03

    It keeps the memory current

Every finished thread updates the record. The next agent starts from what actually happened, not from a field somebody last touched in March.

  • 04

It stops at the gates you set

Spending money, sending a contract, answering a complaint. Those wait for your approval by default, and you move the line wherever you want it.

  • 05

    It reports without being asked

A short note each day: what ran, what it changed, what it left for you. That note is the only part of this you have to read.

The cost of being the layer

Right now the layer is you.

You jump between email, calendar, spreadsheets and five other tabs.
No system knows the whole picture, only you, in your head.
Take a week off and everything grinds to a halt.

Here is what the same week looks like once the context sits underneath instead of inside your head.

A morning that starts with a decision.

Not an hour of triage before the first real thought.

One place that already knows the customer.

Not four tabs and whatever you happen to remember.

A week off that changes nothing.

Not a backlog quietly stacking up until you return.

A new hire who is useful on day one.

Not three months of asking you how things work.

Your whole business. In one place.

Email, calendar, CRM, messages, and payments come together in one layer that holds the full context. Your employees work from it, so the business no longer runs through you.

AI OS

The foundation

Gathers all your apps in one place and remembers everything. Your own platform, your data stays with you, in the EU.

Your stack. One place.

+ almost anything else with an API.

What's inside

Everything that comes with the layer.

One list, nothing held back for a higher tier. There are no add-ons to buy later, because the parts only work together.

01

The layer itself

One record per customer

  • Every channel read into one queue, already matched to the customer
  • One record per customer, updated by every thread, booking and invoice
  • Writes back to the source, so no second system holds a truer version
  • A receipt on every action, openable long after it ran
02

The connections

No migration, nothing swapped out

  • Email, calendar, CRM, messages and payments wired in where they stand
  • The context already sitting in those tools, loaded and cleaned up
  • The automations you like keep running on top of it
  • Anything else with an API, connected when you need it
03

The controls

You hold the last click

  • Approval gates you set per action, opened one at a time
  • Money, contracts and complaints wait for you by default
  • A short daily note: what ran, what changed, what it left for you
  • A dashboard to read the business, not another system to run
04

The machine and the work

Isolated, encrypted, yours

  • Your own locked-down machine in the cloud, never a shared tenant
  • Monitoring, patching and repair on my side of the line
  • Fixes and improvements for as long as it runs
  • A full export of your data, any time you ask for it

Take one group out and the other three lose their point. That is why this is a layer and not a list of features.

The setup

One to three weeks, and almost none of it is yours.

You are not configuring anything. The work is connecting your tools and loading the context that already exists inside them, and that is my job, not yours.

01

Day 1

We talk it through

30 minutes. You walk me through how the work actually moves today, not how the org chart says it does. You leave with an honest yes or no and a scope.

Your part

30 minutes on a call.

02

Week 1

I connect the layer

Your email, calendar, CRM, messages and payments get wired in, and the context already sitting in them gets loaded and cleaned up. Nothing gets moved or replaced.

Your part

About an hour of access and answers.

03

Week 2

You watch it run

It runs on your real data with the gates closed, so you approve every action before it happens and see exactly what it would have done. You open the gates one at a time, at your pace.

Your part

Read the daily note. Approve or don't.

It compounds

Everything you add later inherits this layer.

A tool is worth the same in a year. A layer is worth more, because everything built on top of it starts from what it already knows.

  • The memory is already there, so a new machine never starts from a blank page.

  • The gates you set once keep applying to every agent that comes after.

  • Nothing new asks you to connect your tools a second time.

  • The layer keeps being built. What gets added lands in your setup too.

Positioning

This is not for everyone.

It fits if

  • You are the bottleneck, and you can name the parts of the week that prove it.
  • You already pay for tools that don't talk to each other.
  • You want AI employees later. You want them to inherit a real business, not a blank slate.
  • You would rather someone ran the thing than hand you another system to learn.

It doesn't fit if

  • You want a tool you configure yourself. This is run for you, and that is the whole product.
  • You want it live this week. One to three weeks is the honest answer, and I'd rather say it now.
  • You want to try AI on a side project. This layer only pays off on the work the business actually runs on.

The price

One monthly price. Usage at cost on top.

There are no tiers to compare and no setup fee to negotiate. One fixed price covers the running, the machine and my work.

The model

One fixed monthly price, invoiced monthly, in advance.

What the fixed price covers

  • The layer itself, connected to the tools you already run
  • Your own encrypted machine and what it costs to keep running
  • My work on it: monitoring, fixes and improvements, for as long as it runs
  • A short daily note on what it did and what it left for you

On top of that

I never earn on your tokens.

AI usage is billed at cost, with no markup, and with a ceiling we agree on before anything runs. You see the same invoice I do, and you always know the worst case.

The number depends on what you connect and what runs on it. One call, and you'll have your number the day after.

Book a call

30 minutes, an honest answer, and a yes or no either way.

Safety

You own your data. I run the machine.

The dashboard is where you read the business. It is not another system you have to run. The machine is watched, patched and repaired on my side of the line. Your side is a short note in the morning and a yes or a no.

  • No lock-in

No long contract and no setup fee. 30 days' notice, whenever you want out.

  • You pay when it runs

The first invoice comes once the layer is live and doing its work, not before.

  • The data is yours

You get a full export on the way out, and I never sell or share any of it.

That is also why it is priced as infrastructure and not as a project. It is the part that has to keep running.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions every owner asks first.

No. An automation moves data between two tools when something happens. It has no memory and no picture of the customer. The layer holds that picture, and the automations you like can keep running on top of it.

It's the opposite. The layer is what makes the first employee useful on day one, because the context is already there. Start with the employee instead and you end up building the same context twice.

Approval gates. You decide which actions run on their own and which ones wait for you. Spending money, sending a contract and answering a complaint wait by default. You move that line one action at a time, and you can move it back.

You tell me in one sentence, or you fix the record where it stands. A wrong fact is corrected once and stays corrected. A wrong habit becomes a rule or a closed gate, usually the same day. Nothing waits for a release.

Nothing is rebuilt. The second one reads the same context the first one wrote, so it knows your customers from the first hour. That is the part you never pay for twice.

One fixed monthly price covers the running, the machine and my work, and you only start paying once it's live.
